This perch cast iron pan is just plain fun to use. We have always loved cornbread, so that is the recipe we use. I purchased two pans and that works just great for a batch.

I had to get this pan, when I saw the fish pattern! Nothing like some little cornbread fish,to go along with some fried fish! Cooks 'em great, but does need to be oiled really well, otherwise your little fish will stick to the pan...I use an oil spray to get into all the little areas of the mold.

I've got the non pre-seasoned pans and I seasoned them according to the instructions. The key I've found it to preheat the oven and put the empty pans in at the same time. When the oven is at the right temperature, pull the pans out, and dribble a little oil (I use light olive) into each fish, take a paper towel and rub the inside completely then spoon/pour in the batter. Then they pop out perfectly every time.

The design is cute, but as with any sort of bread thing, the pattern shows through but not perfectly. Still fun to use. Two pans will handle a regular batch of muffin batter from my Joy of Cooking. (I like buttermilk c/ bananas walnuts, or blueberry, or craisn's or apples as well as the cornbread recipe that lodge sends with the pans.

I have just the center tunnel piece of this set, purchased secondhand. It is the single most played-with toy in our house. It's a turtle shell, a canoe, Rapunzel's tower, a flying carpet, a secret pirate cave, a puppet theatre, a lily pad, and something new every day. While we can't afford the full set, if you can, it is money well spent.

My mother-in-law bought this for our son 7 years ago and it is still being used. It looks like new, even after all these years of rough play. They take the climber apart and add in a few household pillows to make other forts and climbers. Great for creative play. It is the only toy we have had for this long. Well worth the money.

I have the Alpine Slide set from Children's Factory (very similar to this set -- has a round tunnel rather than a square top). I bought it for my very active 9 month old and she still loves it at 16 months. And she's a very large 16 month old.

It is well made, wipes clean and holds up to the wear and tear of our active household. Velcro on the bottom holds it together so the pieces don't slide out from under while she's climbing.

I'm already looking to add pieces to keep her challenged.

Highly recommend and the Children's Factory (I bought direct before they were offered on Amazon) were fantastic.

I would not buy this booster seat again! The bad part is we bought two of them for both of our cars because of its high ratings on the website: Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, Highway Loss Data Institute [...]. We've been using this booster seat for about a month now. We use it in the center of the back seat because of the statistical safety of that position. However, the base of the booster is so narrow, it tips whenever we take the slightest turn. My son tells me multiple times while driving "don't turn dad" as whatever he has falls off his lap.

In the booster's defense it seems comfortable, the side head guards are quite substantial, and even when it tips while turning the seatbelt stays in position on my son's shoulder.

We really wish we had our money back to buy different boosters!

The booster seat itself is excellent as far as side impact protection, comfort, and quality. It's why we chose it for our 7 yr old. However, we had to immediately return it, because when properly installed, it is very unstable and tips over (with child sitting in it) on every turn. And, despite what someone here accused others who complained of the same problem of doing, we were NOT racing around turns. The problem is this booster seat has a very small footprint, but the "feet" under the base are even narrower than the actual base appears to be (you can see them in the product picture- what looks like a dark shadow under the seat base is actually the "feet" of the seat, aka what is actually going to be in contact with your vehicle's seat). Pair that with the much wider top/back of the seat, and it's very top-heavy and tippy. Unless it's being used in a bucket type seat, captain's chair, or something equally deep, it's likely going to be tippy. The manual casually stated that if the seat tips to the sides, the seat isn't compatible with the vehicle. Well, nice to know...but why don't they just re-design this seat? I saw many reviews here and on a carseat safety web forum that warned me about it being a troublesome seat due to tipping, but I decided to just try it out for myself to see if it would work for us. It didn't. It's a real shame that so many have to choose something else simply because they designed the seat in a way that causes problems in many vehicles.
After returning this seat, I went with the SK Monterey Booster, which fits our car like a glove yet still provides the same side impact protection...and it actually will last longer because it allows for a couple extra inches of growth, and it also becomes a backless booster later on (this one does not). Not a bit of tipping, and just to test it out, I actually did do some hard turns with my son in it, just to test it. ;) I highly recommend the Monterey booster instead!

Apparently this is just a high end version of the graco 35. Well, it looks a whole lot better and the straps are top quality (think Britax or Combi, over those nasty thin graco and evenflo straps). It's super heavy, but to me, even the tiny snugride is heavy. This is just a really nice carseat because of its looks, features and style. My husband has little problem installing it. It fits in the third row in the our 2007 Pacifica, too. That means the older kids stay in their normal seats and she can relax in the back.

This is a great car seat. It is similar in design to the popular Graco Snugride model but with superior aesthetics. Tario goes easily in and out of the car thanks to the base component that remains belted in the car. I especially like that the release handle is not emergency red like it is in the Graco models. This car seat is rated for 35 pounds, extending its useful life for each child. I have used this for both of my kids and highly recommend it. This is such a great car seat the my wife wants to have more kids just so we can keep it around longer.

This diaper bag is a great size. It fits everything that we need for a day out; diapering supplies: diapers, wipes, included changing pad, plastic bag for dirties; feeding supplies: nursing cover, hand towel, washcloth, bottle; outfit: sweatshirt, onesie, sleeper & hat. It has many compartments, which is great, and a wallet style organizer in the front in case you want to skip carrying a wallet and want the option of putting your cards directly into the bag.

The only thing this bag is missing is a cooler for your milk or prefilled bottle.

My only problem with this bag is the fact that the zippers are not smooth. Also, the zipper pulls could be a bit larger and more solid. They are made of fabric that is sewn to itself, so the pulls are a bit floppy, and also not very long or substantial. With the constant use of the zippers on a diaper bag, it would have been nice if the pulls were just a little bit more well constructed. Also, the zippers are a bit on the cheap side and do not slide smoothly, which complicates zipping even more. The zippers definitely do their job, it's just that if they were just a bit more thought out, this bag would be so much more user friendly.

Also, while the shoulder strap is adjustable, it does not have a padded shoulder rest, which would make for an easier grab and go experience. The same goes for the carry handles - they are just a plain strap of nylon, and a simple sewn on handle would have made this bag much easier to grab quickly.

Overall, for the price this bag is cute and very functional. It could be perfect with just a few minor modifications. I use this bag when I take the baby to the sitter for the day, but not for trips to the store, since I got a smaller one from the hospital that has smoother zippers and larger pulls that I find more convenient to use. Unfortunately, it's impossible to compare zipper quality on Amazon!

Great Costume, I'm 6' 1" tall and over 230 LBS. With the adjustable velcro it fit great. The only problem is that it smelled and I tried to air it out but it still had a smell. If anyone has a solution for this, please share.It needs to be opened outside and shaken out prior to use.

I have not yet used the bedding set because we are still waiting for the arival of our baby, but it looks beautiful in the nursery. I was being very picky as to finding a crib set that I loved, but when I saw this one I knew it would look great, which it does! Worth the $$$

When I saw this online I loved it. The colors and the nautical theme were what my husband and wanted for our baby boy. However, when I saw the set at Babiesrus I was disappointed. The pattern was very nice but the bumper was so poorly stuffed as well as the comforter. For $199. Nautica should stuff there comforter and bumper with cotton instead of polyester which made this beautiful set feel cheap.
I recommend seeing this set in person before purchasing it online.

I registered for this vest in Blue on my Amazon Baby Registry. I was excited to see that one of our friends had bought it for me. Unfortunately, when it came in the mail, it was the ORANGE vest -- not the blue one. I called the company that it was purchased from to let them know of the mistake (Baby Age) and they claimed the order was for the orange one. Meanwhile, I'm looking at the order information on Amazon.com and it shows that the blue one was purchased for us. Now I'm stuck with an orange vest that I can't return b/c the company will only credit the original credit card holder and not issue a gift certificate.

The vest itself seems all right. I don't think it's any more than a vest with a lot of pockets, which could come in handy for anyone -- not just Dads.

But if you want the vest in a color other than orange, beware that it's likely you're apparently going to get an orange one.

I bought this as a spare remote for my Directed Electronics Python car alarm (I don't have remote start installed) installed back in 2008. This Viper remote looks very similar to my Python remote (other than the different names stamped on the top, the other obvious difference is that my Python remote is black while the Viper is dark blue). Both are Model 7701V and my local installer got the Viper to accept the programming. So make sure that the back of your remote has Model 7701V stamped on it.

Note: If you have two remotes and if the remote that you are not using is in range, it takes about 20 seconds for it to receive the lock/unlock status from the car.


Update April 9, 2011. After almost three years of use, one side of the plastic belt clip hinge broke. I contacted Directed and they sent me a replacement at no charge.

That is customer service!
